Who we are

Community Vitals is a not-for-profit, healthcare-associated think tank focused on understanding how systems shape health.

Founded by a physician, our team is an unconventional collective of experts who believe that solving healthcare challenges requires more than medical knowledge alone. It requires a holistic view of the world. Our team brings together people from diverse backgrounds — medicine, computer science, engineering, renewable energy, agriculture, and social justice. This diversity allows us to look beyond isolated problems and understand health as a product of interconnected systems.

We study the intersections of healthcare, public policy, technology, and the environment to generate practical, evidence-based insights that can inform decision-making and improve outcomes.

Our belief

We believe that meaningful improvements in health require:

Our work

We dive deep into the often-overlooked but highly impactful determinants of health—from how climate change affects rural clinics to how emerging tech can either bridge or widen the care gap. Through policy analysis, data-driven research, and community-centered initiatives like Dune Bloom, we translate evidence into action to ensure no community is left behind.

Our mission

We're on a mission to change the way the housing market works. Rather than offering one service or another, we want to combine as many and make our clients' lives easy and carefree. Our goal is to match our clients with the perfect properties that fit their tastes, needs, and budgets.

Our vision

We want to live in a world where people can buy homes that match their needs rather than having to find a compromise and settle on the second-best option. That's why we take a lot of time and care in getting to know our clients from the moment they reach out to us and ask for our help.
